I realized that a typo in my post could be taken in a funny way. :) I said I'd started to do "two-min" workouts when I meant "two-mini" workouts. But then again, training in short burst is pretty popular these days. I guess that could work if you did like 20 2-minutes workouts. Or you could do 2 minutes with the shake weight. I hope you all know what I'm talking about...no?
No innuendo whatsover. No sirree.
Moving on, For breakfast I had –
- Pineapple Chobani
- A crunchy Cliff bar of the White Choc and Macadamia Nut variety
- 16 Honey roasted almonds
- One Gala apple
- Coffee with soymilk
- Two Viactiv supplements (just like candy, but fortified with calcium!)
I took my first phone pic of my lunch!
And...I can't seem to upload it...Oh well. Anyone with a Mac know how to upload cell pics?
At least dinner, which I'm currently consuming, is awesome! Fried flounder on tortillas with pepperjack singles, spinach, salsa and my first ever Florida avocado! Can't say I'm crazy about them...I like the Hass avocados better...but they're not bad!
Once again, it was better than it looks. Bigger too. I had this x2.

And now, since I've confirmed that other people like to veg out and eat dairy products after a long day of work and exercise, I'm going to do just that.
All 8 seasons of Family Guy are now on Netflix instant view, and you can bet I'm gonna hit that up!
Tata!

My method of uploading pics (for which I see no reason that it wouldn't work on a Mac) is just to set it up like you're sending the pic as a pix message on the phone, then put your email addy in the "to" line. That's it. Then you'll get an email from your phone number containing the pic.
ReplyDeleteI always just email pics from my phone to my computer!
ReplyDeleteShake Weights. I kind of want one, just because they're so ridiculous :)
Happy hump day love!!
